Senior Engineer for Assembly, Integration and Test (m/f)
Are you looking for a new and interesting activity in an outstanding project in the area of development and construction of satellites?
This could be your field of responsibility:
• Leading of an AIT engineer team
• Assembly and integration of satellite parts and subsystems
• Requirements engineering
• Test case definition
• Test specification and procedure generation as well as test report generation
• Delegated Quality Assurance tasks like e.g., Key Inspection Points, standard inspections, mating logs, as-runs, procedure variations, Non-Conformance Reports, Problem Reports
Your profile requires:
University degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Physics (5 and more years) or equivalent
• At least 5 years work experience
• Demonstrable expertise in the satellite AIT or test field
• Good English and German language skills
• Readiness to take on responsibility, team spirit and communication capability,
• Permit to work in the European Union.
In addition some of the following experiences are considered as an asset:
Experience in mechanical assembly of satellite structures
• Experience in functional and performance testing and verification of satellite subsystems and on-board software
• Knowledge of ECSS Standards for Electrical Engineering, testing and verification of software and hardware
• Experience with EGSE and MGSE
• Knowledge about Spacecraft Central Checkout Systems,
• Experience with SCOS 2000
